The full title of Taylor Swift Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on the 13th, 1989 West Reading, Pennsylvania U.S.A. Taylor Swift became famous as a singer and songwriter in early 2001 with her tales of heartache. Swift had a passion for music since a young stage of her life. She quickly moved up the ranks, starting as a child actor and eventually singing in front of a large crowd. At the age of 11, she performed The Star-Spangled Banner before a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game and the following year she took up guitar and began to write songs. Swift was inspired by artists who played country music, like Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks and, more recently, the Chicks in order to write original music that reflected the loneliness she felt at 13. Swift was thirteen when her parents made the decision to sell their Pennsylvania farm and relocate towards Hendersonville Tennessee. She could dedicate all her efforts to contacting label labels from the country scene in Nashville.
